Early Withdrawal

Students who withdraw within 14 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 20% of course materials qualify for a full refund minus administrative fees.

Technical Issues

If persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing course content for more than 72 hours despite our support efforts, you may request a partial or full refund.

Course Cancellation

Should zylenthara cancel or significantly alter a program after enrollment, students receive full refunds or the option to transfer to an alternative program.

Medical or Emergency

Documented medical emergencies or significant life events may qualify for partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on program completion.

These timelines start from when we receive your complete refund request with all necessary documentation. Incomplete requests may take longer to process.

Refund Scenarios

Full Refund Situations

You receive 100% of tuition fees if you withdraw within the first 14 days and have accessed less than 20% of materials, or if zylenthara cancels the program before it begins. A $50 administrative fee applies to cover processing costs.

Partial Refund Calculations

For withdrawals between days 15-30, you receive 50% of tuition minus any accessed content value. After 30 days, partial refunds are calculated based on remaining content value and exceptional circumstances.

Non-Refundable Components

Certificate fees, downloaded materials, completed assessments, and one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled. These represent value you've already received or resources we've committed.

Program Transfers

Instead of a refund, you can transfer your enrollment to a different program of equal or lesser value within 6 months. This option works well if your interests have shifted but you still want to learn with zylenthara.

Important Considerations

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to create a clear record for both parties.
  • Refunds return to the original payment method used during enrollment and cannot be redirected to different accounts.
  • Once you receive a refund, your access to course materials and student resources ends immediately.
  • Promotional discounts and special offers may affect refund calculations based on the actual amount paid.
  • Students receiving employer-sponsored education should coordinate refund requests through their organization's education coordinator.
  • Payment plan participants must settle any outstanding balances before refunds are processed for paid amounts.

Payment Method Details

Different payment methods have varying processing characteristics. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 10-14 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Bank transfers require 14-21 business days due to inter-bank processing requirements.

For international students, currency conversion may affect the refund amount you receive. Banks apply their exchange rates at the time of processing, and these rates can differ from when you made the original payment. We refund the amount you paid in Australian dollars, but your bank determines the final amount in your local currency.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you can request a review by our Education Director within 14 days of receiving the initial decision. Include any additional information that might support your case. The director's review typically takes 5-7 business days and represents our final decision on the matter.

For disputes that can't be resolved internally, students in Australia can contact Consumer Affairs in their state or territory. We're committed to working with regulatory bodies to reach fair outcomes.
